The pins are to be inserted in the light in such manner that it touches the parallel running copper wires only. THE PINS SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE LEDS / LED STRIP. They should go straight without bending.
The connector pins have polarity, In case your LED rope light doesn’t turn on in one go, please pull out the connector, Rotate it and then reinsert it.
The product has open current in the pins so please handle very carefully.
