All Indian splendor teas are compatible to blending with each other as per your personal choice.
So you can experiment and create blends, as many as you like, to develop your own favorites that might capture the essence of your taste buds, for different occasions, moods and time of day.
Just mix the different Indian splendor loose teas which you want to blend, in various proportions of your choice, taking a rough guess of what you might like, and then tumble them about to get an even mix.
It is suggested to add at least 10-15% of any tea, to your blend, to enable its essence to be clearly felt.
It is not definite, however, that you will prefer any of your own blends over the originals. But you can sure have a lot of fun !
Make your own pure and natural “Ice Tea”
With each Indian splendor tea you can easily make your own, pure and natural “Ice Tea” at home.
Prepare hot tea as per your normal procedure, but with double the strength i.e use twice the amount of loose tea per cup than you normally would.
Allow it to brew for 3-5 minutes to reach the desired strength. Add half a tea spoon of honey per cup (more if desired). Stir till dissolved.
Fill a tumbler with ice, add a slice of lemon, and pour the hot tea into the tumbler.
Your refreshing glass of pure and natural ice tea is ready for you to enjoy (alter quantities to taste).
Add your favorite Natural Flavors
You can easily flavor your tea with many of your favorite fruits or culinary herbs by just cutting them into slices or smaller pieces and adding them to the prepared tea.
A generous pinch of mint leaves and/or slices of apple, peach or pear could do wonders when added to your home made preparation of “Ice Tea”.
