By maintaining dryness in the chamber of the OTG, its convection function makes meats and vegetables browner, caramalises sugar faster, in an efficient way. So what it actually does is, it cooks food faster at a lower temperature, thus saving more energy than a regular oven.
The appliance comes with removable rod with 2 grips which helps in uniform heating, while grilling meats and vegetables with the convenient rotisserie function that automatically rotates the food, constantly. The hot air is circulated inside the OTG, which ensures perfect consistency of the dishes.
