Cooking Method For 8 Rotis: Add 70ml water to knead 150 gms of our gluten free atta into dough. After rolling the dough into rotis, place them on a hot tawa and allow them to cook through on both sides. Best served as part of a traditional Indian meal with dal and sabzi. Enjoy!
