Cooking with gluten is very versatile and easy. It can be boiled in water or a flavored broth, roasted slowly, can be used to make patties and fried, or can be mixed with peanut butter and tomato paste and baked.
Make wheat cakes
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well. In another bowl, take 4 eggs, beat them till fluffy and add 2 tsp of coco powder, a few drops of vanilla essence and powdered sugar. Mix both the mixtures and bake at 180 degrees. Your cake is ready.
