Used to prepare sweet chapatis by stuffing a mixture of cooked lentils (puran) sweetened with jaggery, into a dough made from Sharbati flour.

Can be used to prepare Modak, a traditional sweet, from a dough of Sharbati flour which is then stuffed with coconut and jaggery.

Can be used to make roti or chapati by simply mixing the flour with water, kneading into dough, rolling out, and cooking on a hot griddle.

You can prepare crispy chakris from a dough of Sharbati flour, spices, and sometimes, ground lentils, extruded into spiral shapes and deep-fried.
